First College Exam

I thought this test went very well for me. I will find out when I get the results, but I felt like I was familiar with all the topics on the test. I prepared for this test by looking over my notes from class every night. I think my method for preparing for this test was very effective. I also think that I will keep using this strategy for future tests. I am a kinesthetic learner. Which means that I learn by example. If the professor does a demonstration, I learn the skill so much easier. The most challenging aspect of the test was the short answer. That was the first test that I have ever had that was all short answer. Usually there is some multiple choice or at least some matching questions. I expected there to be more vocabulary. The Vocabulary section was the hardest part for me I was nervous about the vocab section going into the test, but I felt I knew most the words. Maybe not the exact definition, but something with the same concept. I also expected it to have more questions. When someone says exam I automatically freak out. The term college exam sounds scary to most people. Honestly the exam was easier than I had anticipated, but I have felt that way about tests before and the result did not turn out so great. Hopefully this time things are different. If I did not do good on the test I will have to try a different study strategy. Overall I felt that I made a good grade on that test.
